Policies
To save your date we charge a $100 non-refundable deposit. If your cake price exceeds $600 the deposit will be $200.
This deposit is put toward the overall cost of your cake. A deposit can be made in cash or check.
Please note the date of your event on the memo line of your check.
Design confirmation and the number of guests you are expecting is due one month prior to your event date. At that time cakes can be scaled up or down based on your needs.
Special order item (cake risers, plates, pillars) and handmade decorations (gum paste, fondant, royal icing, marzipan etc...) must be finalized at the time of design confirmation.
Handmade items may require up to 30 days to be made and dried appropriately.
Payment of your balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. If payment has still not been received by 72 hours before your event, we will assume that the order has been canceled.
All rental items must be returned or ready for pickup no later than 24 hours after your event.
